POLICIES & FEES
CANCELLATION
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment with Queer Kneads, but it won't be charged unless our Cancellation Policy applies. Cancellations or changes made less than 4 hours in advance or if you are a "No-show" for a scheduled appointment, will incur the full session fee.
PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to find street parking for your upcoming session. DO NOT park in the parking lot. You will be towed at your own expense. Finding street parking is easy and often there is an open spot near the front porch.
Please wait in your car. Ray will come outside to greet you a few minutes before your session- bringing you in for your massage appointment.
This allows the prior person to depart before your session. And it also allows Ray time to prepare the space to welcome you for your scheduled massage. This courtesy helps those receiving a massage treatment by allowing them to enjoy and complete their session in a relaxing manner.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the end of each session via credit card or cash. NOTE: Queer Kneads does not keep cash on hand for change. Please plan in advance to have the full amount for your scheduled appointment. Queer Kneads does not accept and/or bill medical insurance. All sales are final. Thank you.
PROFESSIONALISM
At Queer Kneads, mutual respect and professionalism are essential. Inappropriate behavior will end the session immediately and you will be charged in full. Ray reserves the right to refuse service for safety, lack of hygiene, or if sexual requests/advances are made at any time.
